All sales are final. These are instant digital downloads. If a file is broken, I’ll fix or replace it.

Because these are digital files you can download as soon as you buy, I don’t offer refunds for change of mind. If a file won’t download, won’t open, or arrives damaged, email StageParentSupport@proton.me within 30 days of purchase. I’ll send a working file, and if I can’t fix the problem, I’ll refund you. Where local consumer law gives you a right to cancel, that right still applies.

How to report a problem

Email StageParentSupport@proton.me within 30 days of your purchase.
Include the email address you bought with and the name of the guide.
Tell me what happened, for example “the download link fails” or “the PDF won’t open on my phone”.

Tip: if typed answers don’t save, the file usually isn’t broken. Some browsers’ built-in PDF viewers don’t save form fields. Download the file and open it in a PDF app that supports forms, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free.

The free Roadmap

The Roadmap is free, so there’s nothing to refund. If you chose to pay for it and the file has a problem, email the address above.

Payments

All purchases are processed by Gumroad, the merchant of record. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Gumroad.
